1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using MintShort (the "App"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to these Terms of Service, please do not use the App.

2. Use of Service

MintShort provides a platform for streaming drama content. You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms of Service.

• You must be at least 16 years old to use this service
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account
• You agree not to share your account credentials with others
• You will not use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of the App, you may be required to create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain and update your information as necessary
• Keep your password secure and confidential
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Content

All content available on MintShort, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, videos, and software, is the property of Miniscene Hub Limited or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content
• You may not use any automated systems to access the service
• You may not attempt to circumvent any content protection mechanisms

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe upon the rights of others
• Upload or transmit viruses or malicious code
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers
• Collect or store personal data about other users

6. Advertising Services

The App may offer you the option to unlock certain episodes by watching a rewarded video ad, delivered by third-party advertising networks. By using the App, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Rewarded ads are always your choice — you are never required to watch an ad to browse the App
• These third-party advertising SDKs may collect device identifiers, IP addresses, device information, and ad interaction data for the purpose of serving and measuring advertisements
• You may see both personalized and non-personalized ads within the App
• You can manage your advertising preferences through your device settings (Android: Settings > Google > Ads; iOS: Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking)
• We are not responsible for the content of third-party advertisements or the data practices of these advertising networks

7. Subscriptions and Purchases

MintShort offers an optional Premium subscription that unlocks the full drama library. Premium subscriptions and any in-app coin purchases are processed by the app store through which you made the purchase (Apple App Store or Google Play). By subscribing, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Payment is charged to your app store account upon confirmation of purchase
• The subscription renews automatically for the same period unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
• You can manage or cancel your subscription, and turn off auto-renew, in your app store account settings after purchase. Deleting the App or deleting your MintShort account does not cancel your subscription
• Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, is forfeited when you purchase a subscription
• Except where required by law or by the app store's policies, purchases are non-refundable; refund requests are handled by the app store

8. Intellectual Property

The MintShort name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of Miniscene Hub Limited. You must not use such marks without our prior written permission.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Miniscene Hub Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the service at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the new Terms of Service on this page. Your continued use of the service after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Miniscene Hub Limited is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
